Ingredients

  • Button Mushroom- 200 g (cut each mushroom in two equal parts, then slice each part into 2/3 pieces)
  • Capsicum- 1 Green/Yellow/Red (any of your choice, cut into cubes)
  • Onion- 1 medium size (cut into cubes)
  • Garlic cloves- 7/8 (roughly chopped)
  • Broccoli- 10/12 small florets
  • Baby corn- 8 pieces (Chop a single piece of baby corn into 4 rough pieces)
  • Green onion- 2 (roughly chopped)
  • Slit green chilies- 3
  • Black pepper powder- 3/4 tsp
  • Ching’s All-in-one sauce- 6/7 tbsp
  • Ching’s red chili sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Brown vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Sugar- 1 tsp
  • Corn flour- 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil- 4 tbsp

Method

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and sautΓ© them till the onions are very light brown in color, then add chopped garlic, stir for 5-6 seconds. Now add mushrooms, baby corn & broccoli. Mix & stir for 4-5 minutes, next to add green onions, capsicum, slit green chilies, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, all-in-one sauce, red chili sauce & black vinegar. Mix well & keep stirring for 10-12 minutes. Add corn flour in between that is after 5 minutes of stirring, mix well. Remove from heat.

Serve this as a side dish. Pair well with steamed rice, noodles, fried rice or any other chinese dish.
