This is a healthy any time snack & a quick fix one too. You can serve this as starter also.
Baked Baby Corn
- Baby corn- 10 (Wash & cut each baby corn in half, lengthwise)
- Vegetable oil/Olive oil- 2/3 tbsp (I used 2 tbsp)
- Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
- Herbs of your choice- 1 tbsp (I used oregano & dried parsley)
Take an ovenproof dish or pan. Mix salt, black pepper powder, herbs & oil together. Mix in the baby corns. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or till the edges become dark golden brown, it means they are done.
Remove from the oven.
