This simple and very healthy recipe of Masala Sweet Corn is something which your kids and you will love for breakfast, or this can also be eaten any time as snack.
Masala Sweet Corn
Ingredients
- Sweet corn- 1
- Salt
- Juice of lemon
- Black salt/Kala Namak
- Chat masala
Method
Peel the corn, cut off and discard the shank. Now with a sharp knife cut corn horizontally into three pieces, wash well and keep aside. Add water and corn pieces in a pressure cooker. Close the cooker lid and take off the flame after 2 whistles. Open the lid after the pressure has reduced.
Let it be cooled little bit. Now rub salt, lemon juice and chat masala generously all over the corn pieces. If you like you can sprinkle some black pepper powder too.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
