This easy Dessert only needs two ingredients to make. So what are you waiting for? Summer is the season of Mangoes, try making these Mango Cream Shots; they are great crowd-pleaser too! 🙂
Mango Cream Shots
- Whipped cream (I used Tropolite) – 1 cup (measured after whipping the cream)
- Ripe Mangoes- 3
Grind the mango pulp using a mixer/grinder until smooth. Mix ¾ th of this mango pulp with whipping cream in a bowl. Distribute this mango cream equally into small individual shot glasses or ramekins. The best way to fill shot glasses or small bowls with mango cream is to use a piping bag. This way you can fill them without making any mess. Make layers of mango pulp (we kept aside ¼ th of mango pulp in the beginning, use that) in between the mango cream layers.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve cold.
Tropolite cream has sugar in it, so I’ve not added any sugar. If you are using sugar free cream, then add icing sugar as per your taste after whipping the cream. But, keep in mind that mango is also sweet, so adjust accordingly.
