Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Blend everything together except the chia seeds until smooth, and then sprinkle the chia seeds on top.

Golden Beet, Carrot, and Turmeric Smoothie

Add one carrot, 2 golden beets, 1 frozen and sliced banana, 4 mandarin oranges, lemon juice, cold water, and 1 tbsp of turmeric powder. Blend altogether until smooth.

Cashew Date Shake

If you want to treat yourself to something more dessert-y, then the cashew date shake might be what you’re looking for. Soak some raw cashews for about 4 hours. Soak 6 Medjool dates for about 10 minutes. Once soft, add them to a blender, along with 1 frozen and sliced banana, a cup of water, 2 cups of ice, vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and thick.

Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, making a blueberry smoothie the perfect treat for any time of the day. It can be quite refreshing and paired with a sprig of mint, you’ll come back to this smoothie time and time again. Add 2 cups of coconut water, 2 cups of frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp of flax seeds, and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to your blender, and then mix until it’s blended together.
