No bake Cream Cheese Tart made with RiteBite Max Protein Nutrition Bar

Serves: 2

Ingredients

For the tart base

  • Max Protein bars- 2 (I used Choco slim and Choco fudge)
  • Unsalted butter- 3 tbsp (melted)

For cream cheese filling

  • Cream cheese- ¾ cup
  • Fresh cream- ½ cup
  • Caster sugar- 1/3 cup

For decorating on top

  • Pistachio- 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Fresh fruits

Method

Making the tart base

Break RiteBite Nutrition Bars into small pieces. Add them into a mixer grinder along with melted butter. Grind until a coarse mixture forms. Pour this mixture on your loose bottomed tart tins. Now spread this mixture throughout the tart tins using your fingers. Give gentle pressure and press the mixture smoothly. Try to make an even surface. Keep the tart tins for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Making the filling

In a bowl mix cream cheese with sugar, add fresh cream into this. Mix well and keep aside.

Making the tarts

Take out the tart tins from refrigerator. Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly in tart shells. Smooth out the top surface; decorate with fresh fruits and nuts of your choice (I used pistachio here). Keep them in refrigerator for next 5-6 hours or overnight. These desserts will set well within this time.

Gently unmould the tarts, serve cold or at room temperature.
