It’s always comforting to make summer drinks with seasonal fruits like melons and mangoes. I prefer to have them like this, in fact, I mean converting fruits into drinks, it saves my time and sometimes these drinks/coolers are indulgent too. This Watermelon Cooler is one of my favourite drinks to make in the summer. It’s refreshing with all the flavours from mint and lemons. This cooler can be made easily with very basic ingredients available in any kitchen, so, try it ASAP and you can always Thank me later. 🙂
Watermelon Cooler
A refreshing summer drink made with Watermelon, mint, and lemons. With a splash of Vodka this Watermelon Cooler can be served as a cocktail too.
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized- Watermelon
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Few sprigs of mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Peel and cut watermelon into cubes.

In a food processor, add watermelon cubes, ice cubes, some mint leaves, and lemon juice. Blitz until well combined.

Pour into glasses, garnish with some lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, add more ice cubes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- Add sugar only if your watermelon is less sweet.
- Add Vodka, White Rum or Gin into this to make an amazing cocktail.
