This Tomato Basil Pasta recipe is easy to cook, deliciously flavourful, and can be whipped up in minutes. It's a good option for a quick weeknight dinner for the entire family.
Cook 1 cup raw Pasta by following the package instructions, drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frypan. Add the chopped garlic, sauté for a few seconds. Next to add the chilli flakes, and give it a quick mix.
Add tomato puree, salt, black pepper powder, and chopped basil leaves, mix well and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the grated cheese, mix well.
Next to add the vegetables (read notes) and boiled pasta, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Serve immediately with some grated cheese on top, enjoy!
