Ingredients

  • 2- Mango (ripe)
  • 125ml- Fresh Cream (I used Amul’s)
  • ½ cup- White Chocolate grated / White Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the mangoes into cubes. In a food processor add the mango cubes and blitz to form a smooth puree, keep aside.

  2. In a bowl add the cream and warm it on the stovetop over low heat or microwave until just warm.

  3. Add the grated white chocolate to the warm cream, stir with a fork, and leave for 5-6 minutes. The white chocolate will melt within this time. Now stir this mixture again with a fork until smooth, keep aside.

  4. If you’re using very sweet mangoes, you can reduce the amount of white chocolate according to your desire for sweetness.

  5. Add in the mango puree to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

  6. Transfer the Kulfi mixture to the Kulfi moulds, ramekins, clay bowls, anything you’ve and want to set the Kulfis in.

  7. Keep refrigerated overnight, or until the Kulfis freeze completely, serve & enjoy!
