Kulfis are synonymous with summer. We love Kulfi in almost every flavour, but the challenging part is to achieve the shop-style texture in homemade Kulfis where you wouldn’t feel the ice crunches in Kulfis, they freeze and hold their shapes but still melt in the mouth like ice-creams. In this recipe, you can achieve that with minimum efforts. I could be able to make creamy Kulfis with just 3 ingredients in no time, and it was a hit with everyone in my family. I hope you’ll enjoy making this Mango White Chocolate Kulfi at home. If you’re trying this recipe don’t forget to share your experience with me. 🙂
Mango White Chocolate Kulfi
Easy to do 3 ingredients Mango White Chocolate Kulfi, with all the mango goodness of summer. Creamy and delicious, you'd love to make it.
Ingredients
- 2- Mango (ripe)
- 125ml- Fresh Cream (I used Amul’s)
- ½ cup- White Chocolate grated / White Chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Peel and cut the mangoes into cubes. In a food processor add the mango cubes and blitz to form a smooth puree, keep aside.
-
In a bowl add the cream and warm it on the stovetop over low heat or microwave until just warm.
-
Add the grated white chocolate to the warm cream, stir with a fork, and leave for 5-6 minutes. The white chocolate will melt within this time. Now stir this mixture again with a fork until smooth, keep aside.
-
If you’re using very sweet mangoes, you can reduce the amount of white chocolate according to your desire for sweetness.
-
Add in the mango puree to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
-
Transfer the Kulfi mixture to the Kulfi moulds, ramekins, clay bowls, anything you’ve and want to set the Kulfis in.
-
Keep refrigerated overnight, or until the Kulfis freeze completely, serve & enjoy!
