Melon Sorbet made with Kuvings Ice Cream Attachment

I’ve been using the Kuvings Cold Press Whole Slow Juicer for quite some time now. The juicer works fantastic on a daily basis. I hope you went through my review article about it earlier. Apart from making juices, it works great for making sorbet and smoothies. Kuvings Ice Cream Attachment comes separately, and it’s a good buy if you’re looking for healthy dessert treats. With this attachment, the Cold Press Whole Slow Juicer makes Instant Sorbet. The work becomes easier. You don’t need to make the sorbet mixture first, then freeze and serve afterward. Here, you freeze the fruit overnight, add them to the appliance and get sorbet right way. I was so excited to see the sorbet coming instantly and getting collected in the juice cup, an enthralling experience I must say.

Put the summer fruits into good use and make sorbet. This makes the best after-school food option for children, as some of them don’t want to eat fruits. So, now the picky eater will eat more fruit this way. Musk Melon is a great source of Vitamin A & C, and it helps to control the blood sugar level, therefore good for diabetics. The melon I got was sweet, and I didn’t add any sweetener to my sorbet. Otherwise, you can always drizzle some honey/maple syrup on top. I and family loved having the Melon Sorbet. The texture was great and delightful, perfect for summer. 🙂
