10 minutes Coconut Dates Balls
No-cook, only 4 ingredients, delicious Coconut Dates Balls that can be made in under 10 minutes. These are perfect pick-me-up snacks and satisfy sweet cravings in a healthy way.
Ingredients
- 110g- Almonds (roasted)
- 120g- Dates (pitted, read notes)
- 3 tbsp- Honey
- Desiccated coconut, for rolling the balls (optional, as required)
Instructions

Roast the almonds lightly, and keep aside to cool.

Add the almonds to a food processor/mixer grinder, and process until powdered.

Next, add the pitted dates and honey, and blitz until everything is well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a plate, and start making the balls by portioning out some mixture. Give the balls round shapes by using your palms.

Roll the balls in desiccated coconut (if using) and transfer them to an airtight container. They are ready to eat now. They keep well for up to one week at room temperature. For a longer shelf life keep the Coconut Dates Balls refrigerated.
Recipe Notes
Use soft dates for this recipe, e.g. Medjool dates. As these dates blend easily, and tastes more delicious in comparison to the other dates varieties.
